Iris, by Hubble Labs.
Hubble Labs is the steward of the Iris Protocol. Iris is currently the sole project under the Hubble Labs umbrella.
This site is framed Iris-first, with Hubble Labs as the organization behind it, rather than the other way around. Long-term, that order may invert as Hubble Labs takes on additional projects — for now, Iris is the only one.

Legal structure
The Iris protocol spec references two entities as part of its planned long-term structure: an Iris Foundation, intended as the Phase-1 steward of the on-chain attestation whitelist and network governance, and an Iris Protocol LLC, intended as its legal and operational counterpart. Neither exists as an active legal entity today. They describe where the project is headed, not where it is now — nothing here should be read as a claim that either is currently formed, incorporated, or operating.
